Additional ‘Sakamoto Days’ Cast, Second Promo Revealed Find help us

The Sakamoto Days Super Blue Stage at Jump Festa 2025 revealed three additional cast and a second promotional video on Saturday. The anime series adapting Yuuto Suzuki’s action comedy manga will air in split cours, with the first cour premiering on January 11, 2025 at 11:00 p.m. on TV Tokyo and other channels. The second cour will debut in Summer 2025.

Hyou: Hiroki Yasumoto (Bleach)

Takamura: Houchuu Ootsuka (Ajin)

X: Daisuke Namikawa (Hunter x Hunter (2011))

J-rock band Conton Candy is performing the ending theme “Futsuu,” which is previewed in the promotional video below.

Masaki Watanabe (Seikaisuru Kado) is directing the anime at TMS Entertainment. Taku Kishimoto (Blue Lock) is handling the series composition and You Moriyama (Megalo Box director) is designing the characters. Yuuki Hayashi (Boku no Hero Academia) is composing the music.

Suzuki originally began drawing the manga as a one-shot in Jump GIGA in December 2019. The manga began regular serialization in Weekly Shounen Jump in November 2020. Shueisha published the 19th volume on November 1, with the 20th volume planned for January 4, 2025 release.

VIZ Media licensed the manga for release in English in July 2021. The 14th volume went on sale on November 5, with the 15th volume set to be released on January 7, 2025. Shueisha’s Manga Plus website and app are also publishing the manga in English.
