Just like player awards, NFL Coach of the Year is a race where the odds will fluctuate throughout the season.

2024-25 NFL Coach of the Year odds:
Kevin O’Connell, Vikings: -1000 (bet $10 to win $11 total)
Dan Campbell, Lions: +550 (bet $10 to win $65 total)
Andy Reid, Chiefs: +1400 (bet $10 to win $150 total)
Dan Quinn, Commanders: +2000 (bet $10 to win $210 total)
This race appears to be down to two NFC North foes in O’Connell and Campbell, with one holding a significant advantage.
Campbell had been the favorite for several weeks before O’Connell took over the top spot two weeks ago. His Vikings have won nine in a row, while Campbell’s Lions have won 13 of their last 14.
This award — similar to the NFC North crown and the one-seed in the NFC — could come down to a Week 18 matchup between Minnesota and Detroit on the Lions’ home field.
